Typical Inspection Visit Itinery
Itinerary Day 1
As soon as you arrive at the airport you will be met by one of our team members and taken to your hotel for check in. After you have been able to refresh yourself from your journey you will be collected from the hotel for a guided tour of the area and shown places of interest. Your evening meal will be spent at a local restaurant.
Itinerary Day 2
10.00 a.m. Depart your hotel for a further tour of the area and local amenities; you will then commence your inspection visit of the properties.
2.00 p.m. Break for lunch. This will be in a local Spanish restaurant.
3.00 p.m. Resume inspection visit of properties.
5.00 p.m. Return to your hotel for a rest and recuperation.
8.00 p.m. Depart hotel for evening meal.
Itinerary Day 3
Same as day 2.
Itinerary Day 4
10.00 a.m. Leave your hotel for further inspection or re-inspection of selected properties and/or areas.
1.00 p.m. Help and advice on the financial, legal and other services you require.
2.00 p.m. Lunch
3.00 p.m. Further inspections can be arranged, or continuation of the morning’s discussions. If required, meetings can be arranged with solicitors and banks.
5.00 p.m. Return to hotel for relaxation and review of your inspection visit.
8.00 p.m. Depart hotel for evening meal.

Property Inspection visit. Some itineraries may vary slightly due to flight
arrival/departure times. At no time will you be pressured into making a purchase.
All we ask is that you pay for your own flights. All accommodation and most
of the meals are provided by us.
Your flight costs will be refunded in full when a property is purchased from us.
